Las condiciones generales que a continuación se citan son complementarias a las del contrato de alquiler. Rogamos al arrendatario que lea detenidamente tanto las codiciones presentes, como las del contrato de alquiler.

TARIFA DE PRECIOS
La tarifa está cotizada en EUROS y comprende un periodo de alquiler mínimo de un día, anula las anteriores y queda sujeta a cambios sin previo aviso. En el precio se incluye el mantenimiento del vehículo, engrase y aceite. Si el cliente tuviera que efectuar algún cambio de aceite durante el periodo de alquiler, será reembolsado el importe mediante la presentación de la factura. Todo gasto originado cuyo importe exceda de los 60,00 E requiere autorización previa de ALQUIBILBO.
En el precio no se incluye el combustible, lavados, aparcamientos y las multas de tráfico que correrán a cargo del cliente.
El seguro del vehículo no incluye cobertura por daños al vehículo por colisión, robo del vehículo ni otros seguros no especificados en el apartado correspondiente a SEGUROS.

IMPUESTOS
Todos los precios indicados en la tarifa no incluyen el IVA, por lo que a todos los conceptos que figuran en la factura se le añadirá dicho impuesto vigente.

PAGOS
El servicio de alquiler puede cargarse en una tarjeta de Crédito, VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINNERS, etc.
Alternativamente y previa conformidad de ALQUIBILBO, podrá hacer un depósito en metálico del importe calculado del alquiler más un 25%, con un mínimo de 360,00 E.

EDAD DEL CONDUCTOR
El conductor deberá haber cumplido 25 años de edad y una antigüedad del permiso de conducir de 2 años.

PRÓRROGA DE ALQUILER
Si el arrendatario desea prolongar, es imprescindible comunicarlo a la base donde realizó el contrato de alquiler, para prorrogar las coberturas del seguro y efectuar el abono correspondiente a la prórroga.

SALIDA AL EXTRANJERO
Todos los vehículos de ALQUIBILBO, no podrán salir al extranjero sin su autorización escrita previa, así como tampoco podrán ser trasladados entre península e islas. En caso de salir al extranjero el vehículo alquilado, el arrendatario tiene que contratar por cuenta y a su cargo un seguro de Asistencia Internacional.

USO DE LOS VEHÍCULOS
El arrendatario obtendrá a su cargo todos los permisos, autorizaciones, documentos y distintivos exigidos por las vigentes leyes y reglamentos del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transportes relacionados con la mercancía transportada.
Con la aceptación de la cobertura por desperfectos del vehículo ALQUIBILBO, el cliente será responsable de los primeros 240,40 E (grupos A, B, C, D, E, F, H, I, J, K, L, M, O) y 480,80 E (grupos G, N) en concepto de responsabilidad mínima. Este importe se devolverá al cliente si se demuestra la responsabilidad de un tercero, o bien si hay un parte amistoso con el reconocimiento de la responsabilidad de un tercero.
Si el cliente no acepta la cobertura por daños en el vehículo, CDW, será responsable de los gastos de reparación hasta un importe equivalente al valor del vehículo en el mercado.
Los vehículos no podrán ser utilizados en contra de los reglamentos de Aduanas o cualquier otro impuesto en contra de las leyes, Reglamentos y Ordenanzas.
Queda expresamente prohibido el exceso de carga y el transporte de mercancías que exijan unas condiciones para las que los vehículos no están preparados (pescado, líquidos combustibles, mercancías perecederas, etc.)

The conditions described below are in addition to the rental agreement. The client is requested to read these conditions and those in the rental agreement carefully.


RATES
These are quoted in EUROS and are for a minimum rental period of one day. They replace the previous rates and are subject to alterations without prior notification. The rates include vehicle maintenance, lubrication and oil. If the client has to change the oil during the rental period, they will be re-imbursed rhe total charge upon presentation of the recipient. Any expense over 60,00 E, must first be authorised by ALQUIBILBO.
Fuel, carwash, parking and traffic fines are not included in the price as they are the responsibility of the client. The vehicle insurance does not cover damage caused to the vehicle as a result of collisions, vehicle theft or other incidents not listed in the section entitled INSURANCE.

TAXES
All rates in the price list are excluding V.A.T., and therefore, all invoice totals are subject to current V.A.T. charges.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by credit card: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINNERS etc.
Alternatively, and following prior authorisation from ALQUIBILBO, the client can pay a cash deposit of the amount calculated for the rental plus 25% at a minimum of 360,00E.

AGE OF DRIVER
The driver must be over 25 years and be in possession of a valid driving licence for two (2) years.

RENTAL EXTENSION
If the clients wish to extend their rental, they must inform the office where they took out the rental agreement so that insurance cover can be extended and the corresponding charge made.

GOING ABROAD
None of ALQUIBILBO vehicles can go abroad without prior written permission. Neither can they be transferred between mainland Spain and the islands. If the hired vehicle is to be taken abroad, the client is responsible for finding and paying for international insurance cover.

USING VEHICLES
The client is to acquire all the licences authorisations, documents and distinctive characteristics required by the Ministry of Public Works current legislation and regulations concerning goods transportation.
By accepting cover for damages to the ALQUIBILBO vehicle, the client shall be responsible for the first 240,40 E (groups A, B, C, D, E, F, H, I, J, K, L, M, O) and 480,80 E (groups G, N) for minimum responsibility. This amount shall be returned to the client if an amicable agreement is reached and the third party acknowledges guilt.
If the client does not accept the cover for damaged vehicles, CDW, they will be responsible for the repair costs up to the equivalent of the vehicle's market value. The vehicles cannot be used against Customs regulations or any other legislation or by laws.
It is expressly forbidden to carry excess loads or transport goods that require certain conditions, which the vehicles do not provide (fish, liquid fuel, perishable goods, etc.)
